Seasons Pizza was born from a simple belief: great pizza starts with great ingredients, honest technique, and a genuine love for the craft.
In 2010, founder Marco DiSanti opened our doors on Concord Pike with little more than a wood-fired oven, a handful of cherished family recipes, and an unshakeable vision. Inspired by the changing seasons and the bounty each one brings, Marco built a menu that celebrates fresh, local produce year-round — transforming classic pies into something truly memorable.
What started as a modest neighborhood spot quickly became a Wilmington landmark. Word spread through the community, and soon families, friends, and colleagues were choosing Seasons for their most important moments — birthday dinners, date nights, team lunches, and late-night cravings alike.
Everything we do — from sourcing ingredients to serving your table — is guided by a core set of principles that have never changed since day one.
We source seasonal, locally grown produce and never use frozen dough. Every pizza is hand-stretched fresh to order.

2010
Marco DiSanti opens Seasons Pizza on Concord Pike with a wood-fired oven and six tables. The line is out the door on opening night.
2013
Voted "Best Pizza in Delaware" by Wilmington City Magazine three years running. We expand the dining room to meet demand.
